Good Company is a friendship tracking app for iOS that helps you remember to stay in touch with friends. The App stores all data locally on your device. No account creation is required, and no data is transmitted to our servers.

Use of the App

Your Data

All data you enter into the App (friend names, birthdays, contact dates, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZL Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or Website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to remove the App from the App Store at any time. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.
